Reserved for well-informed enthusiasts, the Extra-Brut is a champagne made from 100% Chardonnay, to which, unlike the other champagnes, the final touch of sweet liqueur is not added. Highly appreciated for its natural flavour, it has a fresh attack and great finesse.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is also in perfect harmony with a platter of oysters… or why not savour it with sushi…
